随着我国高等教育规模的扩大,大学生已成为我国企业可持续发展的重要资源,他们的知识和技能将是企业未来核心竞争力的重要组成因素。作者通过调查问卷和访谈对众和公司入职培训的大学生进行研究,帮助初入职场的大学生顺利融入企业,也为企业更有效地开展人力资源管理工作提供信息。(1武汉理工大学,湖北武汉430070
With the expansion of the scale of higher education in our country, undergraduates have become an important resource for the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises.
