:采用盆栽试验方法探讨了钾、锌肥与氮肥配施对不同生育期油菜体内硝酸盐累积量及与其相关的硝酸还原酶 (NR)活性的影响。结果表明 ,施氮肥是使硝酸盐含量明显增加的主要原因 ,适量氮、钾、锌肥配施能明显提高油菜体内NR活性和显著降低其硝酸盐累积 ,油菜体内硝酸盐含量与NR活性呈显著负相关。在氮肥用量较高时 ,钾肥和锌肥降低油菜体内硝酸盐含量的作用在生长后期尤其明显。
A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of potassium, zinc and nitrogen fertilizers on the accumulation of nitrate and the activity of nitrate reductase (NR) in rapeseeds at different growth stages. The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer was the main reason for the significant increase of nitrate content. Appropriate nitrogen, potassium and zinc fertilizers could significantly increase NR activity and significantly reduce nitrate accumulation in rapeseed. Nitrate content and NR activity in rapeseed Negative correlation. The effect of potash fertilizer and zinc fertilizer on the reduction of nitrate content in rapeseed is especially evident at later stages of growth when the amount of nitrogen fertilizer is high.
