中国是东盟的最大邻国，与其建立和平、友好、互赢的关系是中国未来发展的重要战略之一。自2010年1月1日自贸区正式全面启动至今，双方的经贸合作一直都在有序地进行，中国与东盟合作存在着必然性。本文并着重对“中国-东盟自由贸易区”合作发展中所面临的问题及政策、措施进行系统阐述。
