[目的]建立一种正相高效液相色谱法,用于氟丙菊酯异构体含量的分析。[方法]采用Phenomenex Hyperclone色谱柱,波长选为235 nm,应用正己烷-四氢呋喃(体积比为98.5∶1.5)作为流动相进行分离,测定氟丙菊酯异构体含量。[结果]该方法可以很好地分离氟丙菊酯手性异构体,方法精密度在0.45%~0.92%之间,加标回收率在99.3%~100.6%之间。[结论]该方法可以用于氟丙菊酯原药中异构体的定量分析。
[Objective] To establish a normal phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the analysis of the content of aciformin isomers. [Method] The Phenomenex Hyperclone column was used with the wavelength of 235 nm and the n-hexane-tetrahydrofuran (volume ratio 98.5:1.5) was used as the mobile phase to separate and determine the content of acrinathrin isomer. [Result] The method could be used to separate the chiral isomers of acrinathrin. The precision of the method was between 0.45% and 0.92%, and the recoveries of spiked ramification ranged from 99.3% to 100.6%. [Conclusion] This method can be used for the quantitative analysis of isomers in acrolein.
