杭州某丝织厂32m跨双层双拱架预应力给构厂房试点工程由浙江省轻纺设计院设计,海宁县建筑公司施工。我公司负责预应力张拉和结构测试。实践证明,这种结构具有跨度大、单耗低、质量好、施工技术要求不高等特点。一、设计概况 1.结构特点本工程为32.55m大跨度双层工业厂房,引用拱桥结构理论,下弦采用预应力混凝土拉杆,设计成双拱架大跨度结构,见图1。采用这种结构的优点是: (1)拱架和承重架组成一个主体结构,稳定性好。不需附设其它支撑系统,受力明
A pilot project of a 32m-span double-arched prestressed concrete building factory of a silk factory in Hangzhou was designed by the Zhejiang Textile Design Institute and constructed by the Haining Construction Company. Our company is responsible for prestressing tension and structural testing. Practice has proved that this structure has the characteristics of large span, low single consumption, good quality and low construction technology requirements. First, the design overview 1.
