妇女财产权是指妇女对其合法拥有的财产所享有的占有、使用、收益和处分以及不受他人非法干涉的权利。婚姻法的相关规定,虽然最大限度地实现了妇女财产权益的保障,但是也存在较大的缺陷和不足,主要表现为家庭财产权、继承权以及土地承包经营权等保护不力。在对相关现实的探讨基础上,深入研究农村妇女财产权保护的措施。 Women’s property rights refer to women’s rights to the possession, use, return and sanctions of their legally-owned property and their unlawful interference with others.
