分析了评价连铸坯中心偏析的几种方法及其各自优缺点,并综合比较了各类中心偏析的形成机制和控制技术的特点。在实际生产过程中对于钢水成分、钢水纯净度、钢水过热度、连铸冷却工艺、板坯缓冷、连铸机辊缝控制、轻压下的参数选择等关键控制技术进行了讨论。
Several methods for evaluating the center segregation of the slab and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The formation mechanism of various center segregation and the characteristics of the control technology are comprehensively compared. In the actual production process for the molten steel composition, the purity of molten steel, molten steel superheat, continuous casting cooling process, slab slow cooling, continuous casting machine roll gap control, soft selection of key parameters such as key control technology are discussed.
