1 临床资料 某招飞对象,男性,19岁,高中毕业生。2000年11月招飞体检初检合格。2001年3月全面大体检眼科检查:视力(C字表)右眼1.2,左眼1.2,内隐斜3~△,辨色力正常,眼附属器正常。双眼散瞳后入暗室检查屈光度:右眼+0.50 D,左眼+0.75 D。裂隙灯下发现双眼角膜有广泛性大小不等、形态不规则的点、圆、环形灰白色混浊改变,主要集中在中央区。开始以为是学生自点的“保健消炎”眼药水与快速散瞳剂反应的沉淀物附着在角膜表面,但隔眼睑推揉角膜,混浊形状无变化。反复询问并大量生理盐水洗眼,停止应用眼药观察1d,双眼角膜状况同前。再用两台裂隙灯反复仔细检
