游戏是幼儿园的基本活动,也是幼儿园最适宜的学习方式,在《指南》的引领下,我园积极创设丰富的户外游戏区域,其中户外搭建区就是深受幼儿喜欢的区域之一。游戏中幼儿可以尽情玩耍、模仿、表演、创造、想象、交往……经过一段时间的观察,我发现,户外的建构游戏较室内的建构游戏来说有更强的群体性,游戏中幼儿利用各种不同的建构材料,通过思维和创作来反映现实生活的游戏,它融操作性、艺术性、创造性于一体。通过游戏,不仅能丰富幼儿的主观体验,提高动手能力和建构技能,更重要的是幼儿在协商、谦让、交换的游戏氛围中,学会了分享与合作。在建构游戏中,教师自身的言行和对幼儿的态度等会直接影响幼儿交往态度、合作技能的习得以及活动的成功与否。本文重点探讨开展建构游戏过程中,教师秉持“放手”不等于“放任”的态度,通过有效策略的介入指导,推动游戏发展。

After a period of observation, I found that outdoor construction games than the indoor construction games have a stronger group, the game children use Different kinds of construction materials, through thinking and creation to reflect the real life of the game, it melts operability, artistic, creative in one. Through the game, not only to enrich children’s subjective experience, improve practical ability and build skills, more importantly, children in consultation, humility, exchange of the game atmosphere, learned to share and cooperation. In the construction of the game, the teacher’s own words and deeds and attitudes toward young children and so on will directly affect the attitudes of young children, the acquisition of cooperative skills and the success of the activities. This article focuses on the construction of the game process, teachers uphold “let go ” is not equal to “laissez ” attitude, through the intervention of effective strategies to guide the development of the game.
