Building a socialist harmonious society is the strategic goal set by our party for promoting the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. The all-round development of man is the tenet of all Marxist ideas and theories. It is not only an instrumental value orientation of the socialist harmonious society but also an objective value orientation of a socialist harmonious society.
