本文报道一种新的测定肉桂油中桂皮醛含量的方法,即以对羟基苯甲酸酰肼与发色的醛反应产生颜色,于波长352nm 处测定吸收度。该法较法定的或文献报道的方法简便、快速、专一性强。试剂配制为取过量对羟基苯甲酸酰肼加乙醇,于室温下剧烈振摇,使之饱和,滤过即得。标准图谱为取标准溶液即桂皮醛(200μg/ml)或苯甲醛(500μg/ml)的乙醇溶液0.2~1.5ml,置50ml 量瓶中,分别加水稀释至5ml,并加试剂2ml 和5%NaOH 溶液1ml,振摇,于室温放置30min 显色后,加水稀释至刻度,另以2ml 乙醇代替试剂的相同条件作空白,于波长252nm 处测定吸收度。
In this paper, a new method for the determination of cinnamic aldehyde content in cinnamon oil is described. The color is generated by the reaction of p-hydroxybenzoic acid hydrazide with the chromogenic aldehyde and the absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 352 nm. The law than the statutory or reported in the literature is simple, fast, specific and strong. The reagent is prepared to take excess p-hydroxybenzoic acid hydrazide plus ethanol, shake vigorously at room temperature, make it saturated and filter it. The standard chromatogram is 0.2 ~ 1.5ml ethanol solution of standard solution cinnamic aldehyde (200μg / ml) or benzaldehyde (500μg / ml), set in a 50ml volumetric flask, dilute to 5ml with water, add reagent 2ml and 5% NaOH Solution 1ml, shaken at room temperature for 30min color, diluted with water to the mark, the other with 2ml ethanol instead of the same reagent as a blank, absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 252nm.
