对53例以发作性眩晕为主的患者进行了眼震电图检查,并与正常人对照,发现眼震电图对早期椎基底动脉系统缺血性疾病无论有无脑干体征均有肯定的检出作用,检出率为96.2％,与r-CBF测定相符。
In 53 cases of patients with predominantly episodic vertigo electronystagmography was performed and compared with normal controls and found that electronystagmography was positive for either ischemic disease in the early vertebrobasilar system with or without brainstem signs Detection, the detection rate was 96.2%, consistent with r-CBF determination.
