目的:观察儿童在颅脑损伤时脑脊液微量元素含量的变化。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱ICP-AES法测定69例颅脑损伤患儿及80例正常儿童脑脊液微量元素含量。结果:儿童在颅脑损伤时脑脊液锌低于正常对照组(P<0.01),脑脊液铁高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:检测颅脑损伤儿童脑脊液中微量元素的含量的变化,有助于儿童在颅脑损伤时为临床提供新的辅助治疗方法。
Objective: To observe the changes of trace elements in cerebrospinal fluid in children with craniocerebral injury. Methods: The content of trace elements in cerebrospinal fluid in 69 children with craniocerebral injury and 80 normal children were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Results: Children with cerebrospinal fluid zinc in brain injury were lower than normal control group (P <0.01), and cerebrospinal fluid iron was higher than normal control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Detecting the content of trace elements in cerebrospinal fluid of children with craniocerebral injury can help children to provide new adjuvant therapy for the clinical treatment of craniocerebral injury.
