针对井下立柱、千斤顶易腐蚀的现状,将液压支架上的立柱、千斤顶的易腐蚀和易磨损的部位进行激光强化处理,即应用激光熔覆技术在立柱、千斤顶的表面熔覆一层不锈钢,这不仅改变了立柱、千斤顶表面耐磨层的组织结构和化学成分,大大提高了其表面的耐腐蚀和耐磨性能。工业性试验和实际应用对比表明,激光强化不锈钢立柱的使用寿命是普通镀铬立柱使用寿命的6~8倍,比目前包覆不锈钢提高了2~3倍。
