目的 :分析与比较 3种木瓜的乙醚提取部位的化学成分与相对含量。 方法 :采用气相色谱 -质谱 (GC- MS)分析与鉴定其化学成分。 结果 :从 3种木瓜的乙醚提取部位中首次分离与鉴定出 6 1个化合物 ,其中皱皮木瓜 (Chaenomeles lagenaria)4 0个化合物 ,宣木瓜 (C.lagenaria产自安徽宣州 ) 34个化合物 ,光皮木瓜 (C.sinensis) 2 3个化合物。有 10个化合物在 3种木瓜中都含有 ,但相对含量差别大。它们是乙酸、苯甲醛、正葵酸、14-甲基十五烷酸甲酯、丙三醇、苯甲酸、6 ,9-十八碳二烯酸甲酯、角鲨烷、硬脂酸和二十烷基油酸酯。 结论 :木瓜的品种和产地不同对其所含化学成分类型与相对含量有明显影响 ,本实验数据对中药木瓜的质量评价有参考价值。
Objective : To analyze and compare the chemical composition and relative content of the ether extracts of three papayas. Method : Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis and identification of its chemical composition. RESULTS: A total of 61 compounds were isolated and identified from the ether extract fractions of 3 papayas, including 40 compounds from Chaenomeles lagenaria and 34 compounds from Xuanzhou (C. lagenaria). C. sinensis 23 compounds. There are 10 compounds in all 3 papayas, but the relative content varies greatly. They are acetic acid, benzaldehyde, n-crenutine, methyl 14-methyl pentadecanoate, glycerol, benzoic acid, methyl 6,9-octadecadienoate, squalane, stearic acid and Eicosyl oleate. Conclusion : The variety and origin of papaya have a significant effect on the type and relative content of chemical constituents contained in papaya. This experimental data has reference value for the quality evaluation of papaya.
