采用溴化钾压片法通过红外光谱仪对涉毒案件中查获或作案工具等上面遗留的可疑药物进行检测。实验可知,通过与红外光谱谱库(Georgia State Forensic Drugs)进行比对,相应氯化琥珀胆碱比对样品与谱库中氯化琥珀胆碱标准红外光谱图吸收峰特征一致,且检材与标准比对样品匹配率可达到(98.93%)。因此,应用红外光谱法对氯化琥珀胆碱进行定性检验,方法准确可靠、简单易行,可用于体外高纯度氯化琥珀胆碱的定性检验。
