忠诚员工首先要具有诚信的品质,与企业志同道合,兢兢业业。有些员工虽有专长,但他们对企业三心二意,随时跳槽走人,这不是忠诚员工;其次要具有良好的服务意愿和专业技能。有些员工虽然兢兢业业.但缺乏必需的技术或主观能动性,很难为企业创造财富,甚至成为企业的负担.企业不需要仅有效忠企业之心而无一技之长的员工;第三能够长期为企业服务,为企业创造持续增长的价值,这才是企业所需要的忠诚员工。具体来说,忠诚员工的价值体现在以下几方面:
