对人的管理是知识型企业管理的核心内容,传统的人力资源管理模式已不能适应对知识型员工的管理,知识型企业新的人力资源管理模式的建立尤为迫切和必要。本文分析了知识型企业和知识型员工的特征以及知识型企业人力资源管理所面临的挑战,并提出知识型企业人力资源管理创新策略。
The management of people is the core of knowledge-based enterprise management. The traditional human resource management model can not adapt to the management of knowledge-based employees, and the establishment of new human resources management mode in knowledge-based enterprises is especially urgent and necessary. This paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises and knowledge workers as well as the challenges faced by human resources management in knowledge-based enterprises, and puts forward the innovation strategy of human resources management in knowledge-based enterprises.
