介绍了涡旋压缩机常用型线、修正型线和组合型线的类型、特点和型线的选型、评判准则。总结了近年来提出的通用型线的理论,揭示了其基本内容、实质和研究价值,对现有通用型线理论若干结论的更正和扩展,不但更正了现有理论的错误,而且丰富和完善了现有理论。对通用型线理论的量纲处理,有利于减少参数的影响,便于各设计方案的对比,基于特征的型线的选型与评价,便于采用模式识别的方法进行型线评价。提出了型线评价指标——型线的误差灵敏度,指明了啮合间隙与型线方程存在一定关系。最后介绍了型线逼近和尺度变换的方法,为采用高次多项式逼近型线方程和在不同阶次的尺度空间分析型线提供了可能。
This paper introduces the types and characteristics of the common type, the modified type and the combination type of the scroll compressor, the selection and evaluation criteria of the type. The theory of universal line proposed in recent years is summarized, the basic content, essence and research value are revealed. The correction and expansion of some conclusions of the existing universal line theory not only correct the mistakes of the existing theory, but also enrich and perfect The existing theory. The dimensionless processing of universal line theory is helpful to reduce the influence of parameters, to facilitate the comparison of various design schemes, to select and evaluate profile lines based on features, and to facilitate the profile line evaluation by using pattern recognition. The error sensitivity of profile line, which is the evaluation index of profile line, is put forward, which indicates that there is a certain relationship between meshing clearance and profile equation. At last, the method of line approximation and scale transformation is introduced. It is possible to use the high-order polynomial approximation equation and the scale spatial analysis of different order.
