目的 探讨内皮素 (endothelin ,ET)及胰岛素样生长因子 -Ⅰ (insulinlikegrowthfactor-I ,IGF -Ⅰ )在先天性血管畸形球囊成形术后再狭窄中的作用。方法 用自制导管制造大鼠血管内皮损伤模型 ,观察不同时间点受损血管病理改变 ,同时用放射免疫法测定血浆ET及IGF -Ⅰ含量。结果 血管内皮损伤后 ,随着时间延长 ,平滑肌细胞大量增殖造成管腔狭窄 ,而血浆ET及IGF -Ⅰ升高明显 ,各时间点与对照组相比均有显著性差异。且两者具有较好相关性 (r=0 .6 2 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 ET与IGF -Ⅰ相互作用促进血管平滑肌增殖 ,两者共同参与了球囊血管成形术后再狭窄的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the role of endothelin (ET) and insulin like growth factor-I (IGF-Ⅰ) in the restenosis of balloon angioplasty after congenital vascular malformation. Methods The model of vascular endothelial injury in rats was made by self-made catheter. The vascular pathological changes were observed at different time points, and the content of ET and IGF-Ⅰ in plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results After vascular endothelial injury, the proliferation of smooth muscle cells resulted in stenosis of the lumen with prolongation of time, while plasma ET and IGF-Ⅰ levels increased significantly at all time points compared with the control group. And the two have a good correlation (r = 0.62, P <0.05). Conclusion The interaction between ET and IGF-Ⅰ promotes the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle. Both of them participate in the pathological process of restenosis after balloon angioplasty.
