为了研究不同旋转压实水平对多孔磨耗层(PFCs)混合料性能的影响,简要回顾了不同公路部门设计和使用这类混合料时在设计压实次数和集料级配设计中的差异性,研究了6种级配在不同沥青用量(4.0%~5.0%之间)和旋转压实水平(N)下混合料的性能变化,得出了压实水平N、级配、沥青用量对多孔磨耗层混合料体积特性、老化前磨耗损失、渗透性和永久变形特性的影响规律,通过统计分析,得出了影响多孔磨耗层混合料性能的主要因素。
In order to study the effect of different rotary compaction levels on the properties of porous wear layer (PFCs) mixtures, the differences in the design compaction times and aggregate gradation design of different highway departments were briefly reviewed. The performance of the mixture with different gradations at different asphalt contents (4.0% ~ 5.0%) and rotary compaction level (N) was studied. The effects of compaction level N, gradation, Layer mixture, the wear loss, the permeability and the permanent deformation before aging, the main factors affecting the performance of porous wear layer mixture were obtained through statistical analysis.
