D08-32捣固车网络控制系统中,激光准直系统用于提高捣固车直线作业精度,激光电机控制是关键技术。为进一步提高激光准直系统作业精度,以及提高作业效率,设计了一款基于DSP的激光电机控制器,以实现激光电机PID超调控制及过流保护功能,详细介绍了激光电机控制器总体及软件、硬件设计。试验与应用表明:该控制器功能完善、性能良好,大大降低了现场应用故障率,整体上提高了激光准直系统的稳定性和可靠性。
