近年来,以圆珠笔为书写工具的变造文件案件大量增加,仅今年上半年我们就已受理多起需检验是否有添改事实和形成时间的圆珠笔书写的案件。在检验实践中,我们采用薄层色谱法。该法操作简单、设备简单,分离迅速,灵敏度高,且对文件损害程度轻。其结果有的直接可判定添改事实,有的为进一步鉴定圆珠笔文字相对书写时间奠定基础。为了提高该法检测质量,扩大检验范围,掌握我国蓝色圆珠笔油种类的现状,我们收集了全国不同厂家生产的和同一厂家不同
In recent years, there have been a great deal of cases of document alteration using ball-point pens as writing instruments. In the first half of this year alone, we have dealt with cases of ball-point pens that need to be tested for the existence and timing of changes.
