目的研究和完善狼毒药材的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对狼毒药材中的24-次甲基环木菠萝烷醇和岩大戟内酯B进行了鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对狼毒乙素和岩大戟内酯B进行了含量测定。结果狼毒薄层鉴别专属性强,方法可行;狼毒乙素线性范围为0.013~0.863μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.4%(RSD=1.4%,n=θ);岩大戟内酯B线性范围为0.007~0.496μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.0%(RSD=2.1%,n=θ)。结论此方法准确、可靠,为狼毒药材的质量评价提供了依据。
Objective To study and improve the quality standard of Chinese medicinal materials. Methods TLC-HPLC was used to identify 24-methyclobuterol and petroformate B from the venom of Radix et Rhynchophyllinae. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Lactone B was determined. The results showed that the specificity of Stellera toxins was high and the method was feasible. The linear range of Stevioside was 0.013-0.863 μg (r = 0.9999) and the average recovery was 96.4% (RSD = 1.4%, n = θ) The linear range of lactone B ranged from 0.007 to 0.496μg (r = 0.9999) with an average recovery of 96.0% (RSD = 2.1%, n = θ). Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable, which provides a basis for the quality evaluation of Radix Stellera chamaejasme material.
