目的 :研究醛固酮合成酶基因 - 344T/C多态性与高血压性左室肥厚的相关性。方法 :采用多聚酶链反应 限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR RFLP)技术检测 - 344T/C多态性 ,根据左室质量指数判别原发性高血压患者有无并发左室肥厚。结果 :对照组和原发性高血压组之间基因型和等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义 ;在原发性高血压组中 ,左室肥厚者与无左室肥厚者之间 - 344T/C等位基因分布频率差异有统计学意义 ,左室肥厚者C等位基因频率显著高于无左室肥厚者和对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :醛固酮合成酶基因 - 344T/C多态性与高血压性左室肥厚存在相关性。
AIM: To investigate the association of aldosterone synthase gene - 344T / C polymorphism with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods: The polymorphism of 344T / C was detected by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR RFLP). The left ventricular mass index was used to determine the presence or absence of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension. Results: There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency between the control group and the essential hypertension group. In the essential hypertension group, there was no difference between the patients with LV hypertrophy and those without LVH - 344T / C allele distribution frequency was statistically significant, C allele frequency was significantly higher in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy than those without left ventricular hypertrophy and control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a correlation between aldosterone synthase gene - 344T / C polymorphism and hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.
