近年来胰腺癌发病率在国内外均有上升趋势,西方国家发病率9.6/10万人,美国发病率近40年来增加了三倍,英国增加一倍,有人认为每年至少增加15％,据上海统计1963年发病率为1.16/10万人。本文收集我院自1950—1982年,32年中经剖腹探查病理检查证实为胰腺癌76例。以及具有典型X线所见,临床上排除了其它肿瘤12例,共88例,加以分析讨论,以提高对本病早期表现的认识,以期改进工作,提高医疗
In recent years, the incidence of pancreatic cancer has risen at home and abroad. The incidence in western countries is 9.6 per 100,000 people. The incidence rate in the United States has tripled in the past 40 years, and the United Kingdom has doubled. Some people believe that the incidence of pancreatic cancer increases at least 15% per year. According to Shanghai The incidence of statistics in 1963 was 1.16 per 100,000 people. This article collected 76 cases of pancreatic cancer confirmed by pathological examination of laparotomy in our hospital from 1950 to 1982. And with typical X-ray findings, clinically excluded 12 other tumors, a total of 88 cases, to analyze and discuss in order to improve the understanding of the early manifestations of this disease, with a view to improving the work and improving medical care
