目的为了探讨血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)四种活性物质在糖尿病视网膜病变发生、发展过程中相互作用的动态变化。方法采用放射免疫法测定了40例2型糖尿病无视网膜病变组,40例2型糖尿病单纯型视网膜病变组,40例2型糖尿病增殖型视网膜病变组以及40例正常对照组血浆中ET、CGRP、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α数值。结果随着糖尿病病程的延长及视网膜受损程度的加重,ET呈递进增高趋势(P<0.01),CGRP在糖尿病视网膜病变晚期呈下降趋势(P<0.05,P<0.01)。直线回归相关分析表明,ET/CGRP与TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α随着糖尿病视网膜病变的加重,相关性越密切(r=0.44,P<0.05;r=0.596,P<0.01)。结论四种活性物质在糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展过程中的相互关系,对于糖尿病的发病机理、病情发展及指导用药有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the effects of four active substances, namely endothelin (ET), calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α , The dynamic changes in the interaction of the development process. Methods The plasma levels of ET, CGRP, CGRP in 40 cases of type 2 diabetic retinopathy, 40 cases of type 2 diabetic retinopathy, 40 cases of type 2 diabetic proliferative retinopathy and 40 cases of normal control were measured by radioimmunoassay. TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α values. Results With the prolongation of diabetic duration and the severity of retinal damage, ET increased progressively (P <0.01), while CGRP decreased gradually in late diabetic retinopathy (P <0.05, P <0.01) . Linear regression analysis showed that ET / CGRP and TXB2 / 6-Keto-PGF1αwere more closely associated with diabetic retinopathy (r = 0.44, P <0.05; r = 0.596, P < 0.01). Conclusion The correlation of four active substances in the development and progression of diabetic retinopathy is of great significance to the pathogenesis of diabetes and the guidance of medication.
