情绪是在心理学中被解释为一种内在的体验或者是外在的反应,是每一个正常社会人都会拥有的。将个体的情绪控制在适当的范围之内称之为情绪管理。本文主要从心理学和组织行为学层面对情绪管理近期的研究进行介绍,为情绪管理在实践中的应用提供线索。
Emotions are interpreted in psychology as an intrinsic or extrinsic response that every normal person would have. Controlling an individual’s emotions within an appropriate range is called emotional management. This article mainly introduces the recent research on emotion management from the aspects of psychology and organizational behavior, and provides clues for the application of emotion management in practice.
