本文研究了不同氮钾镁肥配合施用对苋莱、小白菜及莴笋的生物产量和品质的影响.结果表明:三种蔬菜施肥效应有相同趋势,即NKMg处理>NK处理>N处理>CK.株高NKMg与NK、N三者处理无明显差异,但均显著高于对照.NKMg处理和NK处理与单N处理相比,可明显地降低蔬菜体内的NO_3-含量:维生素C含量处理有不同程度的提高,从而改善了蔬菜的品质.
