加强供应商管理,发展战略供应商是新形势下电力企业实现可持续发展的重要内容。本文从战略供应商综合评价的视角出发,基于现有的电力企业供应商评价工作,从准入评价、绩效评价以及履约后评价三大维度,建立战略供应商综合评价体系,共计12个二级评价指标,32个三级评价指标。战略供应商综合评价体系的建立有利于电力企业对战略供应商进行客观、科学的综合评价,实现有效的供应商管理,推进电力工程的高质量建设。
To strengthen supplier management and develop strategic suppliers is an important part of power enterprises to achieve sustainable development in the new situation. This article from the perspective of comprehensive evaluation of strategic suppliers, based on the existing power supplier evaluation, from the three dimensions of accession evaluation, performance evaluation and post-performance evaluation, the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system of strategic suppliers, a total of 12 two Evaluation index, 32 three-level evaluation index.
