风场数据融合技术以更小的代价、更短的时间来获取更丰富的风场信息,为海洋风场业务化预报提供高空间分辨率的数据源。为了有效发挥卫星遥感数据在海洋风场监测中的作用,基于变分估计方法,利用HY-2A/SCAT、METOP-A/ASCAT和Oceansat-2/SCAT的星载微波散射计数据,开展了融合技术研究,并以中国近海为例给出了卫星遥感海面风场的数据融合结果。海面风场数据融合结果表明,多源风场的融合结果明显优于单一卫星的观测结果,如果采用三颗卫星的观测进行融合,得到的融合结果与实际风场将更加相符,特征更加明显。
Wind farm data fusion technology can obtain richer wind farm information at a lower price and in less time, and provide a data source with high spatial resolution for operational forecast of marine wind farm. In order to make full use of satellite remote sensing data in the monitoring of marine wind field, based on the variational estimation method, the fusion was carried out by using the spaceborne microwave scatterometer data of HY-2A / SCAT, METOP-A / ASCAT and Oceansat-2 / SCAT Technical research and taking the offshore of China as an example, the data fusion results of satellite remote sensing sea surface wind field are given. The data fusion results of sea surface wind farms show that the fusion results of multi-source wind farms are obviously superior to those of single satellite. If the observations of three satellites are used for the fusion, the obtained fusion results will be more consistent with the actual wind farms, and the characteristics are more obvious.
