本文介绍OCr21Ni6Mn9N耐高温不锈钢性能及其在发动机中的应用。该钢含镍量比1Crl8Ni9Ti少,增加了氮,使常温和高温强度约为1Crl8Ni9Ti的1.5倍。并有良好的空气中抗高温氧化性能和工艺性能,及热处理简单等优点。在进行工艺试验的基础上,制作了冲压发动机预燃室、稳定器、火焰筒和尾喷管等部件。经发动机热试车考核,证明了该材料可以代替1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢作为发动机材料,并可以大大提高这些部件的使用寿命。
This article describes the OCr21Ni6Mn9N high temperature stainless steel performance and its application in the engine. The steel contains less than 1Crl8Ni9Ti nickel, an increase of nitrogen, so that room temperature and high temperature strength of about 1.5 times 1Crl8Ni9Ti. And good air resistance to high temperature oxidation performance and process performance, and heat treatment is simple and so on. On the basis of the process test, the stamping engine pre-combustion chamber, stabilizer, flame tube and tail pipe are made. The engine heat test test proved that the material can replace 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel as the engine material, and can greatly improve the life of these components.
