日本东京精密株式会社生产一组滚动轴承生产用的测试仪器,从套圈、滚动体的单件检查到自动分选装配和轴承成品检查以及机床定程装置。这些测试仪器采用的方法有:电测的、气测的、气—电联合测的。下面简单介绍这几种测试方法的原理及某些仪器的规格和精度。 Ⅰ.电测微计 图1为差动变压器式电测微计工作原理。差动变压器中间的铁心与测头联为一体,工件尺寸变化造成铁心的位移,从而使得测量线圈之感应电势发生变化,将此电势通过放大,整流,用电压表将尺寸大小表示

The methods used in these test instruments are: electrical measurement, gas measurement, gas-electricity combined measurement. The following brief introduction to the principles of these types of test methods and some of the specifications and accuracy of the instrument. Ⅰ. Electrometer Micrometer Figure 1 is a differential transformer micrometer working principle. In the middle of the differential transformer, the iron core is connected with the touch probe. The size of the workpiece causes the displacement of the iron core, so that the induced potential of the measuring coil changes. The potential is amplified and rectified, and the voltage meter is used to represent the size
