本文介绍微波加热用连续波磁控管负载特性(雷基图)的测试方法及测试结果。实践表明:利用一个普通的单插销阻抗变换器作为负载特性测试中的失配和移相元件,在频率为2450兆赫,功率为5千瓦,负载驻波比为5时仍能满意地工作。利用预先校刻的驻波及相位与插销位置的关系曲线,可以避免移相过程中由于驻波比变化带来的误差。这种方法还可推广到其它失配和移相元件组成的调配器,例如3分贝电桥,压缩波导等。如果对可移插销变换器稍加改进,在同一波段,用于测试功率为10千瓦的连续波磁控管负载特性是可能的。
This article describes the testing methods and test results of the load characteristics of a continuous wave magnetron for microwave heating. Practice shows that using an ordinary single-pin impedance transformer as a mismatch and phase-shifting element in load characteristics testing still works satisfactorily with a frequency of 2450 MHz, a power of 5 kW and a load standing wave ratio of 5. The use of precalibrated standing wave and the relationship between the phase and the pin position curve can be avoided during the phase shift due to changes in the standing wave ratio error. This method can also be extended to other mismatch and phase shifting components composed of adapters, such as 3 dB bridge, compression waveguide. If a slight improvement is made to the movable pin changer, it is possible to test the continuous wave magnetron load characteristics of 10 kW in the same band.
