应用Spice程序对高频功率放大器进行了时域仿真和傅立叶分析,分别讨论了负载阻抗RL、输入信号的幅值Usm和集电极电源电压EC变化对高频功率放大器的动态特性的影响,应用仿真手段可以比硬件电路板实验更透彻地了解理论设计中存在的问题及其解决方法。能简化电路设计过程,优化高频功率放大器电路的设计。
The Spice program was used to simulate the high-frequency power amplifier in time domain and Fourier analysis. The effects of load impedance RL, amplitude of input signal Usm and collector voltage EC on the dynamic characteristics of high frequency power amplifier were discussed respectively. Means than the hardware circuit board experiments a more thorough understanding of the theoretical design of the problems and solutions. Can simplify the circuit design process, optimize the design of high-frequency power amplifier circuit.
