2005年初,中共福建省委领导在考察福建省广播影视集团工作时,提出了“破解新闻宣传‘四难’”的命题,即“正面宣传难,难就难在把党和政府的意志与人民群众的意愿结合起来;舆论监督难,难就难在准确、客观、公正,有利于推动工作,有利于建设和谐社会;典型宣传难,难就难在实事求是,使典型人物可亲、可信、可学;新闻创新难,难就难在真正贴近实际、贴近生活,贴近群众,切实提高主流舆论引导水平”。破解新闻宣传“四难”,为全面落实“三贴近”提供了可实践、可操作的切入点、突破口与着力点。
