目的：了解国产阿齐霉素与进口阿齐霉素的疗效和不良反应。方法：选择207例细菌性感染疾病患者，其中107例用国产阿齐霉素片治疗者与100例用进口阿齐霉素胶囊治疗者进行随机对照观察。结果：两组痊愈率分别为52．34％和63．00％，有效率各为93．46％和92．00％，两组临床症状、体征消退时间相似．两组细菌消除率分别为96．43％和94．00％，不良反应发生率均少而轻微，分别为1．87％和1．00％。结论：国产阿齐霉素片治疗细菌性感染与进口阿齐霉素胶囊同样安全有效。
Objective: To understand the efficacy and adverse reactions of domestic azithromycin and imported azithromycin. Methods: A total of 207 patients with bacterial infections were selected. Of them, 107 were treated with domestic azithromycin tablets and 100 were treated with imported azithromycin capsules for randomized controlled trials. Results: The cure rates of the two groups were 52.34% and 63.00% respectively, and the effective rates were 93.46% and 92.00% respectively. The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were similar. The bacterial elimination rates of the two groups were 96.43% and 94.00% respectively. The incidences of adverse reactions were both slight and slight, which were 1.87% and 1.00% respectively. Conclusion: Domestic azithromycin tablets for the treatment of bacterial infections and imported azithromycin capsules as safe and effective.
