本文用荧光、AAS和ICP法首次测定了葛枣猕猴桃中24种微量元素。结果表明,它们的含量各异,且因部位不同而不同。加和量均值,植株地下部分比地上部分高9.8%,其中铁、锶、锌、锰、铜、镍、钼、铬、钒、硒11种人体必需微量元素则高18.9%;须根和叶是葛枣植株中微量元素的富含部位;有害微量元素铅、镉、铍、汞,其含量低于致毒量。
In this paper, 24 kinds of trace elements in Gooseberry Actinidia were first determined by fluorescence, AAS and ICP. The results show that their content varies and varies from site to site. The mean addition amount was 9.8% higher in the underground part of the plant than in the aboveground part, among which 11 kinds of essential trace elements in iron, gallium, zinc, manganese, copper, nickel, molybdenum, chromium, vanadium, and selenium were 18.9% higher; the fibrous roots and leaves were The content of trace elements in Ge jujube plants is rich; harmful trace elements such as lead, cadmium, tellurium, and mercury are lower than the toxic level.
