针对风致振动引起的输电塔复合材料横担疲劳问题,本文进行了6个新型足尺带钢套管玻璃钢纤维复合材料横担构件高周疲劳性能试验研究,试验中监测了试件的受力状态,分析了其荷载—位移—时间关系曲线、耗能能力变化。疲劳试验结束后对未发生明显疲劳破坏的试件进行了极限承载力试验研究,得到试件剩余极限承载力;基于剩余强度理论评价了试件的累积损伤并对其疲劳寿命进行预测。试验及分析结果表明,玻璃钢纤维复合材料横担构件具备良好的抗疲劳性能,工程应用安全余裕度较高,应用前景广阔。
In order to deal with the fatigue caused by wind-induced vibration, the experimental research on the high-cycle fatigue properties of six new type of full-length CFRP composite cross-members is carried out. In the experiment, , Analyzed the load - displacement - time curve, energy consumption changes. After the end of fatigue test, the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen without significant fatigue failure was studied and the residual ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen was obtained. The cumulative damage of the specimen was evaluated based on the residual strength theory and its fatigue life was predicted. The test and analysis results show that the FRP cross-arm component has good anti-fatigue performance, high engineering safety margin and wide application prospect.
