修剪是油茶经营管理上的技术措施之一,合理修剪对油茶增产有显著效果。修剪后必然影响油茶内在生理机能及物质代谢的变化,为此对普通油茶(Camellia Oleifera Abel)修剪的生理效应进行了研究测定。试验是在1963年到1964年进行的。在我所桐树坑油茶试验林里选择林相比较一致,同一坡向的两个小区,区间有1.5米宽的林道。一区每年进行适度修剪,另一区不修剪,两区其他经营措施完全一样。修剪区在1963年2月剪去了一些病、虫、枯枝和徒长枝,过密的林冠
