研究了大鼠腹腔注射1.0mgCd2+/kg体重的氯化镉和0.32mgPt2+/kg体重顺铂后,镉和铂在体内的分布及其肝、肾毒性。结果发现:镉主要分布于肝脏,随着染毒时间的延长,镉有向肾脏集中的趋势;铂主要分布于肾;氯化镉引起的肝损害发生在肾损害之前,氯化镉引起的肾损害与肝损害有关;顺铂引起的肝损害发生在肾损害之后,其肾损害与肝损害的发生无关。
The distribution of cadmium and platinum in vivo and liver and kidney toxicity were studied after intraperitoneal injection of cadmium chloride (1.0mg Cd2 + / kg body weight) and cisplatin (0.32mgPt2 + / kg body weight) in rats. The results showed that cadmium was mainly distributed in the liver. Cadmium tended to concentrate in the kidneys as the exposure time prolonged. Platinum was mainly distributed in the kidney. Cadmium chloride-induced liver damage occurred before the kidney damage. Cadmium chloride- Damage and liver damage; Cisplatin-induced liver damage occurs after kidney damage, and its renal damage has nothing to do with the occurrence of liver damage.
