在今天,新课改正如火如荼地进行着,教学质量普遍提高,教学效果令人满意。虽然如此,但中职学校,由于大部分学生的自主学习意识不强,学习习惯差,在每一班内,学困生大面积存在,而优等生寥寥无几。在所有的科目中都存在这样的问题,当然,在数学学科中也存在同样的问题。相对于普通中学,在中职学校数学教学中两极分化现象更为严重。两极分化现象在中一级开始出现,中二级的学困生比例逐步扩大,在中三级情况就十分严重,这种状况直接影响着中职学校数学教学质量的提高。根据本人多年的教学体会,要想使所有的学生的数学成绩能够全面提高,从而大幅提高中职学校数学教学质量,就应该把培优扶困工作放在教学的重要位置。我认为要做好培优扶困工作,应该从以下几个方面做起。

In all subjects there is such a problem, of course, the same problem in mathematics. Compared with ordinary secondary schools, the polarization of mathematics in secondary vocational schools is even more serious. The phenomenon of polarization began to emerge at the intermediate level. The proportion of middle and secondary students with learning difficulties gradually expanded, and the situation at the middle and tertiary levels was very serious. This situation directly affected the improvement of mathematics teaching in secondary vocational schools. According to my years of teaching experience, in order to enable all students to fully improve their math scores, so as to substantially improve the quality of math teaching in secondary vocational schools, we should put the work of training and helping the poor in an important position in teaching. I think we should start from the following aspects if we want to do a good job in helping the poor and help the poor.
