目的探讨胃癌全胃切除术后肠内营养支持的护理效果。方法 86例胃癌全胃切除术患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者术后采用肠外营养支持的常规护理,观察组患者术后采用肠内营养支持的综合护理,观察比较两组患者的营养指标、肠功能指标及并发症情况。结果观察组患者的营养指标和肠功能指标的变化情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的并发症的发生率高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌全胃切除术后,采用肠内营养支持的综合护理不仅能改善患者的营养状况,能有效的恢复肠功能,降低并发症的发生,有助于患者病情的康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of enteral nutrition after total gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods Eighty-six patients with total gastrectomy for gastric cancer were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care of parenteral nutrition, and the patients in the observation group were enrolled in comprehensive nursing care after enteral nutrition support. The nutritional indexes, intestinal function indexes and complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The changes of nutritional index and intestinal function index in observation group were better than those in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in control group was higher than that in observation group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusion After total gastrectomy for gastric cancer, enteral nutrition support comprehensive nursing can not only improve the nutritional status of patients, can effectively restore intestinal function and reduce the incidence of complications, and help patients recover.
