患者,男,18岁。因发热、腹痛、脓血便1天于1981年8月16日入院。查体:体温38.2℃,脉搏120,嗜睡,皮肤与巩膜未见黄染。心肺无异常,左下腹有压痛,肝脾未触及,肠鸣音亢进。化验查血象:白细胞19.5×10~9/L(19500/mm~3),分叶80％,淋巴11％,单核9％;红细胞5.0×10~(12)/L(5.0×10~6/mm~3),血红蛋白143g/L(14.3g/dl)。大便常规:红细胞(+)/HP,
Patient, male, 18 years old. Due to fever, abdominal pain, pus and blood 1 day in August 16, 1981 admission.
