采用培养皿发芽法,研究了NaCl和NaHCO3胁迫对鸡冠花种子萌发过程中发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、相对盐害率、发芽指数、活力指数的影响。结果表明:鸡冠花种子发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数与NaCl浓度和NaHCO3浓度均呈现低浓度促进发芽,高浓度抑制发芽,浓度超过4‰呈现出显著负相关关系。影响鸡冠花种子相对发芽率的NaCl浓度的适宜值、临界值、极限值分别为5.66‰、7.48‰、9.29‰;NaHCO3浓度的适宜值、临界值、极限值分别为7.55‰、11.07‰、14.58‰。清水复萌试验表明,经较高浓度NaCl和NaHCO3处理的种子仍具有较高的发芽潜力,说明鸡冠花种子具有较强的耐盐碱能力。
The effects of NaCl and NaHCO3 stress on the germination rate, germination potential, relative germination rate, relative salt damage rate, germination index and vigor index were studied by using petri dish germination method. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, relative germination rate, germination index, vigor index and the ratio of NaCl concentration and NaHC03 concentration in germination curve were lower than those in NaCl concentration. The appropriate value, critical value and limit value of NaCl concentration affecting the relative germination rate of celosia seed were 5.66 ‰, 7.48 ‰ and 9.29 ‰, respectively. The suitable value, critical value and limit value of NaHCO3 concentration were 7.55 ‰, 11.07 ‰ and 14.58 ‰. The experiment of reclaimed water with fresh water showed that the seeds treated with higher concentration of NaCl and NaHCO3 still had higher germination potential, indicating that the seeds of Celosia have a strong salt-tolerance ability.
