最近,我们在加工图1零件的长圆锥形弧面时,自制了一套简易夹具,在铣床上加工,效果良好。铣削时,铣床分度头三爪卡盘夹住夹块5右端的圆柱部分(见图2),尾座顶尖顶住顶块2。调整分度头和尾座,使分度头主轴中心和尾座顶尖中心连线与铣床工作台平面成α角,tgα=(20—8)/372。这时,工件长圆锥形弧面中心线o-o。与分度头主轴中心和尾座顶尖中心的连线重合,且o-o中心线与铣床工作台平面成α夹角,而长圆锥形弧面母线A与工作台面B平行。铣削分粗、精铣,粗铣时留0.4~0.6mm精铣余量。精铣时,使端面磨成R4的键槽立铣刀的尖端与工件A面重合。当工作台纵向移动372mm后,就在长圆锥形弧面上铣
