英语教学作为一门语言的教学,其主要目的是培养学生运用语言的能力,它强调师生之间、学生之间的双向互动。英语新课标指出,英语课程的学习,是学生通过体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能力。我国最早的教育著作《学记》中说:“学然后知不足,教然后知困。知不足,然后能自反也;知困,然后能自强也。”任何一个教师,不论其教学能力起点如何,都有必要通过多种途径对自己的教学进行反思。
