本文集成黄土高原小流域植被减沙效应方面的研究数据与资料,归纳出黄土高原不同区域植被减沙效益评价的统计模型,建立植被资源分布数据库。并以此为基础,构建了网络环境下的植被减沙效益评价决策支持系统。该决策系统可根据用户的现状,对所提供的事实和条件进行推理判断,提供有明确针对性的不同区域植被减沙措施及其效益,从而指导不同区域退耕还林还草工程的实施,为黄土高原生态环境建设以及植被的合理布局提供决策支持。
This paper integrates the research data and data about the sediment reduction effect of vegetation in the small watershed of the Loess Plateau, summarizes the statistical model of evaluating the sediment reduction benefit in different regions of the Loess Plateau, and establishes the database of vegetation resource distribution. Based on this, a decision support system for evaluating the benefits of vegetation sediment reduction under the network environment was constructed. The decision-making system can reasonably judge the facts and conditions provided according to the current situation of the users and provide well-targeted measures and benefits of vegetation sediment reduction in different regions so as to guide the implementation of the projects of returning farmland to forestry and grassland in different regions. The ecological environment in the Loess Plateau and the rational layout of vegetation to provide decision support.
