从高模量沥青稳定碎石的材料组成设计出发,通过动态模量和抗压回弹模量两种力学设计参数的测定,研究了高模量沥青稳定碎石的力学性能,通过车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验、劈裂试验及疲劳试验,分析了高模量沥青稳定碎石路用性能。试验结果表明:不同类型沥青对沥青稳定碎石的动态模量影响较大,高模量沥青稳定碎石的抗压回弹模量比普通沥青稳定碎石和改性沥青碎石分别提高了约24%和19%,且高模量沥青稳定碎石具有良好的高温性能、水稳定性能和疲劳性能,但低温性能较差。
Based on the material composition design of high modulus asphalt stabilized macadam, the mechanical properties of high modulus asphalt stabilized macadam were studied through the measurement of dynamic modulus and compressive resilience modulus. Through the rutting test, Freeze-thaw splitting test, splitting test and fatigue test, and analyzed the road performance of high modulus asphalt stabilized macadam. The test results show that different kinds of asphalt have a great influence on the dynamic modulus of asphalt stabilized macadam, and the compressive resilience modulus of high modulus asphalt stabilized macadam increases by about 90% compared with ordinary asphalt stabilized macadam and modified asphalt macadam 24% and 19%, respectively, and high modulus asphalt stabilized macadam has good high temperature performance, water stability and fatigue performance, but low temperature performance is poor.
