从高速公路沉降观测要求和现有位移传感器技术出发,合理选用了位移机电转换方式———多圈电位器,研制出软土地基大变形位移计;具体论证了摩擦力对位移计的影响,优化了位移计细节设计,阐述了大变形位移计用于测量软土地基地表沉降和分层沉降的方案。工程应用表明,大变形位移计有效地避免了沉降观测与路基施工相互干扰,降低了测量人员的劳动强度,提高了观测效率,精度满足要求。该位移计理论最大量程达1 625 mm,适合深厚软土、吹填土等地基沉降观测。
Based on the settlement requirements of expressways and the existing displacement sensor technology, a reasonable selection of the displacement electromechanical conversion method --- multi-turn potentiometer was developed to measure the deformation of large deformation of soft soil foundation. The effect of friction on the displacement meter was demonstrated in detail, The detail design of the displacement gauge is optimized, and the scheme of the large deformation displacement gauge used to measure the surface settlement and stratification settlement of the soft ground is expounded. The engineering application shows that the large deformation displacement meter effectively avoids mutual interference between settlement observation and subgrade construction, reduces the labor intensity of the surveyors, improves the observation efficiency, and the accuracy meets the requirements. The theory of displacement meter maximum range up to 1625 mm, suitable for deep soft soil, dredging and other ground settlement observation.
